Job Description
Calling all Training Facilitators! Join an FMCG team in the Western Cape! In this role, youll plan, create, and deliver training programmes to help employees build skills for their roles. You'll assess training needs, support personal development plans, organise onboarding, and ensure health and safety training is completed. Youll also track training results, manage budgets, and help improve learning tools and methods. Job Requirements: · Qualification: Tertiary qualification in Education, HR Management, or similar · Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience as a training facilitator, training coordinator, or any other similar role · Proficiency and familiarity with talent management and skills development · Sound knowledge of traditional and modern educational techniques If you meet these requirements, LabourTek encourages you to send your CV to admin@labourtek.co.za , and we will contact you if your CV meets the requirements.
