Training Facilitator

Calling all Training Facilitators! Join an FMCG team in the Western Cape! In this role, youll plan, create, and deliver training programmes to help employees build skills for their roles. You'll assess training needs, support personal development plans, organise onboarding, and ensure health and safety training is completed. Youll also track training results, manage budgets, and help improve learning tools and methods.
