What you'll do Tailor financial advice: Deliver personalised financial planning and advisory services that align with each clients unique goals and life stage Chase the win: Identify new business opportunities and turn potential into pipeline to drive revenue growth Be the go-to guide: Build and nurture long-term client relationships rooted in trust, insight, and consistent value Make sense of the numbers: Conduct in-depth financial needs analyses and craft actionable, future-focused financial plans Stay sharp: Keep up with industry trends, product knowledge, and ever-evolving compliance regulations Smash the targets: Consistently hit (and aim to exceed) individual and team sales goals What you'll need RE5 certification (or willingness to obtain) Proven sales experience in the financial services industry Valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively Goal-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about client acquisition and sales The role is 100% commission based, the potential candidate must have a proven sales record of R20 000 consistently for the last 6 months in order to qualify
