We are looking for a talented Executive Sous Chef to join our team! Key Duties and Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations Supervise and mentor kitchen staff Ensure consistent high-quality food production Assist with menu planning and development Monitor and maintain kitchen inventory We require local citizens who have a Diploma in Culinary Arts and min 5yrs experience as an Executive Sous Chef within an upmarket environment.
