Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of all facility infrastructure, with a focus on HVAC systems, power distribution, water systems, and other utilities. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Lead and supervise maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers. Ensure that all work complies with safety, health, and environmental regulations and company policies. Monitor facility budgets, procurement, and reporting. Coordinate with site operations to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance activities. Participate in audits and ensure documentation and compliance for all mechanical and utilities systems. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities or utilities management within the mining or heavy industrial sector . Proven hands-on experience with HVAC systems, utilities (power, water, and compressed air), and building maintenance . Strong leadership and communication skills. Sound knowledge of applicable safety and environmental standards. Ability to work in remote or site-based environments on a rostered basis (if required). Apply now!
