Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities: Providing support to the Operations Manager Build a strong relationship with sales staff Continuous management of stock quantity, quality and availability Maintaining accurate records of inventory, conducting cycle counts, and resolving discrepancies Year-end stock counts Maintaining & organizing stock following company procedures, keeping the warehouse and the stock in order and clean Supporting the sales team in the arrangement of products in stock and in the post sales phase Maintaining accurate records of warehouse transactions and shipments Organize and manage the return of materials from customers Supervising warehouse employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations Ensuring a safe working environment, adhering to safety regulations, and maintaining compliance with company policies Ensuring warehouse equipment is maintained and operated safely Providing exceptional customer service Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in warehouse operations Requirements: Min matric 2 -3 Years relevant experience Computer literate (MS Office)
