Job Opportunity: Lodge Management Couple – Luxury Lodge in Bela Bela, Limpopo We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Lodge Management Couple to oversee the operations of our exclusive luxury lodge in the heart of Bela Bela, Limpopo. About the Lodge Nestled in a private reserve with breathtaking views and abundant wildlife, our lodge offers a serene escape for discerning guests. With high standards of service and attention to detail, we pride ourselves on creating unforgettable stays in the African bush. Key Responsibilities: General Management Oversee day-to-day lodge operations including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction through attention to detail and personalized service Financial Oversight Manage budgets, stock controls, and monthly reporting Ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining quality Staff Management Lead, train, and support a team of lodge staff Foster a positive work environment and uphold company values Guest Experience Greet and interact with guests daily Curate memorable experiences including game drives, bush dinners, and special events Maintenance & Compliance Monitor infrastructure and equipment to ensure functionality and safety Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Requirements: Proven experience in lodge or hospitality management (minimum 3 years) Strong administrative, financial, and people management skills Hospitality qualification advantageous One partner must have a valid driver’s license and 4x4 driving experience Hands-on, adaptable, and able to work in a remote environment A passion for nature, wildlife, and luxury hospitality Benefits: Competitive salary package for the couple On-site accommodation Meals during duty Opportunity to live and work in a stunning natural setting If you are a committed couple with a strong work ethic, impeccable service standards, and a love for the bush, we would love to hear from you.
