Reservationist

Tertiary qualification in Hositality & Tourism preferred. Customer service qualification advantageous. SKILLS * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Leadership, teamwork, and communication abilities * Attention to detail and organizational abilities. EXPERIENCE * Minimum of 5 years experience in a central reservations roles is essential. * Familiarity with reservation software a must, experience on Benson an advantage. * Proven track record of being able to handle guest inquiries, concerns, and unexpected situations.
