About the Company Our client is a dynamic, fast-growing technology company with over two decades of experience in delivering cost-effective IT solutions that enhance business processes and operational efficiency. Their core expertise lies in debt collections and call centre software and have implemented successful solutions for both private and public sector clients, locally and internationally. With the launch of a new debt collections software solution, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to lead the go-to-market strategy, drive new business development, and support brand positioning in the industry. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Sales Strategy Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan for the new debt collections and call centre software. Drive lead generation through networking, strategic outreach, and digital marketing. Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the private sector, municipalities, and financial institutions. Conduct direct sales activities such as cold calling, prospecting, and customer engagement. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets. 2. Brand Awareness & Marketing Leadership Lead initiatives to enhance product visibility and establish industry leadership. Create and execute branding, advertising, and content strategies that support sales goals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft compelling messaging and positioning. Represent the company at conferences, events, and industry networking forums. 3. Client Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering retention. Provide strategic consultation to clients to help them realize full value from software solutions. Oversee onboarding processes to ensure successful implementation and adoption. Collect client feedback and market intelligence to inform ongoing product development. 4. Sales Administration & CRM Management Maintain accurate sales records and client data using CRM systems (Bitrix experience is advantageous). Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring efficient lead conversion. Prepare sales reports and metrics for performance tracking and forecasting. Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales operations and administrative workflows. 5. Partnerships & Negotiation Identify and develop strategic partnerships to broaden market reach. Negotiate and close contracts that deliver mutual value. Work cross-functionally to streamline pricing, processes, and service delivery. Requirements & Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in debt collections software, call centre technology, or related IT software solutions. Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass ambitious sales targets, including with public sector clients. In-depth knowledge of debt recovery processes, call centre operations, and digital engagement platforms. Strong communication and negotiation skills, particularly with senior executives and decision-makers. Proven success in launching and promoting new products to market. Proficient in CRM systems (Bitrix preferred), lead generation, and digital marketing tools. Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a high-growth environment. Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field. Experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in FinTech or collections-related solutions.
