Job Title: Administrator - Workshop Reporting to: Manager Seniority Level: Mid Career (4 - 6 yrs exp) Location: CPT - Northern Suburbs Type: Contract to Permanent Sectors: Admin, Office & Support Functions: Office Administrator We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to oversee administrative operations at the Workshop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making appointments, managing the office schedule, and supporting the Workshop Manager as needed. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage office supplies stock and place orders Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets Maintain and update company databases Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents Answer queries by employees and clients Update office policies as needed Maintain a company calendar If you have proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role, proficiency in MS Office, and outstanding communication skills, we'd like to meet you.
