Manager Depot (Fuel)

Key Responsibilities Ensure the security and safety of the depot and road tankers Optimize static storage and tanker capacities Manage stock levels, depot assets, and enforce environmental compliance Safely handle and store hazardous fuel materials Execute route planning to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries Support fuel marketing initiatives Ensure full statutory, financial, and administrative compliance Carry out ad hoc tasks related to depot and logistics operations Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships Leverage networks to identify new business opportunities Implement and adapt digital tools to improve business processes and customer experience Minimum Requirements National Diploma in Logistics (or equivalent) 3 years experience in a similar role Experience in fuel depot operations and fuel tanker maintenance (advantageous) Computer literate Valid EB drivers license Willingness to work irregular hours, as dictated by fuel supply and demand conditions Seeking a proactive and capable leader who is ready to make a measurable impact. Achievement orientation with a continuous improvement mindset Ability to navigate complexity and apply pragmatic judgment Strong self-awareness and people management skills A drive to consistently add incremental value to operations
