Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated, hands-on Lodge Manager with a passion for hospitality, nature, and guest satisfaction. The successful candidate will oversee all lodge operations to ensure smooth running, exceptional service delivery, and a memorable guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the lodge, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and catering. Manage, train, and motivate a diverse team to maintain high service standards. Ensure financial and administrative tasks are efficiently managed, including budgeting, stock control, and reporting. Coordinate with marketing and reservations to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction. Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring swift resolution. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Build strong relationships with guests, staff, suppliers, and local stakeholders. Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in lodge or hotel management, preferably in a luxury or eco-tourism setting. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Financial and administrative competence. A passion for hospitality and attention to detail. Proficiency in relevant hospitality software and systems. Valid driver’s license and the ability to work in a remote environment.
