Management Couple

Minimum 35 years experience in lodge or hospitality management (as a couple). Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent interpersonal and hosting abilities. Sound financial acumen and administrative skills. Comfortable working in remote environments. Hands-on and proactive attitude. Passionate about wildlife, conservation, and delivering memorable guest experiences. Drivers licenses for both partners (with PDP preferred). First aid and hospitality certifications are advantageous. Accommodation & Benefits On-site accommodation (private managers house or unit). Meals during shifts. Utilities (electricity, water, internet) included. Use of company vehicle for work purposes.
