Job Description

As a Lead Product Analyst at Tata 1mg, you will play a pivotal role in shaping product strategy and enhancing user experience through data-driven insights. This is a strategic and leadership-heavy position, requiring a blend of deep analytical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and people management. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and senior leadership to drive business growth across the supply chain and customer experience (CX) platforms. Key Responsibilities : 1. Data Analysis & Product Insights : - Lead analytical efforts to assess product performance and user behavior across supply chain and CX platforms. - Track and optimize key metrics such as conversion rates, feature adoption, and engagement. - Design and maintain an analytics framework aligned with business goals, ensuring robust KPI tracking and data accuracy. - Conduct deep-dive analyses using SQL, Python, and statistical techniques to uncover actionable trends. 2. Product Strategy & Decision Support : - Deliver data-backed recommendations to refine product features and improve customer experience. - Drive A/B testing, cohort analysis, and segmentation to measure the impact of new features. - Collaborate with design, engineering, and business teams to influence product roadmaps and decision-making. - Build and present dashboards and executive reports to senior leadership. 3. Leadership & Team Development : - Lead and mentor a team of product analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and analytical excellence. - Establish and promote best practices in experimentation, reporting, and product analytics methodologies. - Develop training programs to upskill the analytics team and promote data literacy across the organization. 4. Data-Driven Culture & Continuous Improvement : - Champion a data-driven mindset throughout the company. - Identify opportunities to improve data pipelines, tools, and processes for long-term scalability. - Stay current with industry trends and integrate new tools and techniques into the teams workflow. Required Skills & Qualifications : Experience : - Minimum 5 years of experience in product analytics in e-commerce, supply chain, or healthcare, with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role. Technical Skills : - Advanced SQL proficiency for complex data querying. - Strong grasp of clickstream instrumentation and behavioral analytics. - Familiarity with analytics tools : Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics. - Expertise in data visualization tools : Tableau, Power BI, Looker. - Competency in Python or R for statistical modeling, automation, and predictive analytics. - Experience with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and regression modeling. Soft Skills : - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. - Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Demonstrated leadership in managing and mentoring analytical teams.
