How you'll role Provide Expert Technical Support - Desktop and Servers, Cloud, Network Infrastructure, Firewalls and VoiP. Fault finding & Problem solving - Use your fault-finding and problem-solving skills to swiftly resolve technical issues. Design and Implementation - Planning and implementing of customer focused solutions. Effective Communication - Deliver solutions with excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring seamless client interactions. Demonstrate a customer-centric approach What you'll need Minimum 3-5 years of IT support experience in a similar role. Strong hands-on experience with Firewall Management (VPN, QoS, routing, NAT, etc.). Expertise in Ubiquiti UniFi networking solutions, including controller setup and network optimization. Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification. 3CX VoIP ITIL certification is a plus. Solid understanding of Windows Server Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V . Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions. Familiarity with IT security best practices, including endpoint protection, EDR, SOC and patch management. Cybersecurity practices and technologies Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. South African citizenship with a valid Identification Document Possession of a valid Drivers License and access to own vehicle is essential Comptia A or N certification (international) is essential National Diploma or Degree in Information Technology advantageous
