Estimator (Bulk Material Handling / Mechanical Projects)

Our client is a specialist engineering firm that designs, manufactures, and installs bulk material handling systems for sectors like mining, power, and heavy industry. Theyre known for quality workmanship, innovative design, and delivering turnkey mechanical projects. Youll be responsible for costing and compiling tenders for mechanical and structural fabrication projects. This includes reviewing technical drawings, doing take-offs, sourcing quotes, preparing pricing, and submitting detailed commercial and technical proposals. Youll work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and clients to ensure tenders are accurate, competitive, and delivered on time. Job Experience and Skills Required: Mechanical Engineering Diploma or Degree (essential) 5 years experience in estimating bulk material handling equipment (chutes, conveyors, feeders, etc.) Able to read and interpret mechanical and fabrication drawings Strong MS Excel, AutoCAD, and CCS Candy skills Experience working in mining, power generation, or heavy industrial projects Apply now!
