Field Service Engineer Enfield Area Salary up to £45,000 Overtime Responsibilities for Multi-Skilled Field Service Engineer: Carry out all planned preventative maintenance tasks and recommend enhancements. Follow the scheduled service rota. Ensure personal and others' safety in line with Health & Safety regulations. Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and carry out necessary repairs. Collaborate with engineering teams to actively contribute to innovations and improvements. Report incidents and accidents promptly, learning from each event and implementing strategies to prevent recurrence. Manage time effectively, prioritising tasks to ensure efficient workload completion. Requirements: Hold a Apprenticeship, NVQ-3 or equivalent Proven track record of achieving contractual objectives, preventative maintenance schedules, and KPIs. Strong background in managing and implementing improvements within supply chain engineering service contracts. Proactively implements best practices, consistently reviewing and enhancing service delivery and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Dedicated to ensuring service commitments are met to agreed standards, providing value for money. Capable of building and maintaining strong working relationships with staff and external clients at all levels. Highly self-motivated, organised, and driven to meet deadlines. Able to effectively prioritise tasks for both individual and team workloads. Technically proficient in all areas of relevant distribution and sortation systems.
