Responsibilities Mercy Medical Group (MMG) , a multi-specialty group in the Sacramento region, is looking to add a Physician to our busy Family Medicine Department at our Natomas Clinic in Sacramento, CA. Highlights: Patient-centric, physician-led medical home model with advanced clinical practitioners and nurses Excellent telephone call schedule 24-hour advice nurse available Hospitalists available 24/7 Work in a collegial and supportive environment Shareholder track opportunity Generous compensation and benefits Bonus available Stipend incentive possible for graduating residents Compensation Range: $275,000 - $290,000 / Year Qualifications A valid and unrestricted California medical license Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA) Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program Patient Care: Diagnose and treat various medical conditions. Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories. Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Provide clear and concise medical information. Foster a collaborative and patient-centered approach to healthcare. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans. Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations. Diagnostic Procedures: Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging. Perform procedures as needed Collaborate with specialists for further diagnostic evaluation. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
