Job Description

Staff Management Hiring, training, and scheduling staff (servers, cooks, hosts, etc.) Supervising daily staff performance Managing labor costs and shift coverage Handling conflicts or disciplinary actions 2. Customer Service Ensuring excellent customer experience Handling customer complaints or concerns professionally Monitoring service standards and implementing improvements 3. Operations Management Overseeing daily restaurant operations Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and health standards (e.g., food safety regulations) Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws (e.g., liquor licenses, labor laws) 4. Financial Management Managing budgets and controlling expenses Monitoring daily sales and financial reports Ordering supplies and managing inventory Reducing waste and improving cost efficiency 5. Marketing and Promotions Developing or executing marketing plans Managing online presence, including reviews and social media Organizing promotional events or special offers to attract customers 6. Reporting and Communication Reporting to upper management, owners, or corporate (e.g., sales reports, staff updates) Attending meetings and contributing to strategic planning
