Junior Design Draughtsman

Requirements: Must have a formal draughting qualification. Must be proficient in SolidWorks 3-5 yrs. experience other packages will be a benefit. Must be able to do advanced assembly design for 500 parts or more. FEA and Simulation will be an advantage. Sheet metal design is a must. Must be able to optimize designs within SolidWorks. Must be able to generate a bill of materials within SolidWorks. Must be able to generate 2D drawings for GA, fabrication and manufacturing in SolidWorks. Must have a valid drivers license. Project experience will be beneficial must be able to do it from start to finish Microsoft office experience: Excel. Word. PowerPoint. MS Project. Personality Traits: Dealing with customers. Presentable. Self-starter. Disciplined. Reliable. Punctual. Communication skills. Teamwork and Independent work. Positive person with initiative. General duties: Liaise with customers. Drawing revisions and design reviews. Development. Fabrication drawings and revision control. On site measurements.
