EUM, part of the TWK group, has the following vacancy available: Relationship Manager at Cape Town, Western Cape. Responsibilities and Duties Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering personalised service Act as the primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently Proactively identify new business or upselling opportunities based on client trends and feedback Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, etc.) to align on goals and drive success Monitor client data, analyse trends, and provide detailed reports and feedback Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations Represent the company at industry events, networking to grow relationships and market knowledge Qualifications and Skills A relevant diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field Proven experience (35 years) in relationship management, client services, business development, or sales Experience in short term Insurance and/or funeral administration (advantageous) Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Proven customer service orientation and client-focused mindset Sound knowledge of sales processes, marketing strategies, and business development Confidence in negotiation and managing client expectations *The company can expire job adverts at any time at their own discretion.
