Mobile Supervisor

Scheduling of the guards, marking of the attendance register and Leave Planning. Planning, organizing, leading, control and supervision; Liaise with Client and handle all internal queries; Develop and sustain long term relationship with client and personnel; Ensuring that all guards are on site to cover shortages; Implementing and maintaining ISO procedures; Adhering to disciplinary procedures; Rendering a comprehensive pro-active security service; Risk Analyzing skills will be an advantage; Enforcing Uniform Etiquette. The suitable candidate shall have the following qualifications/attributes/skills:   Grade 12 (Matric) qualification; Valid PSIRA certification Grade A; Code 08 Drivers License and valid PDP; Firearm competency for handgun and shotgun & a valid Regulator 21 will be an advantage. Experience in a similar position advantageous; Excellent written & verbal communication skills; A working knowledge of MS Office; Bilingual (English and any other South African language); Sound Communication Skill (Verbal and Written); Strategic Management Skills; The ability to communicate and present at all levels and work under pressure and without supervision; Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record; Knowledge of Road Traffic Act Willing to work long hours and standby duties as and when required Knowledge of Banking will be an advantage. Own transport from and to work;
