Job Description
REQUIREMENTS Matric plus relevant qualifications highly advantageous Own vehicle and drivers license Solid and proven sales track record, preferably in the hospitality industry, with the flair to be trained on a technical product range Excellent communications skills, written, and face to face Ability to close sales successfully and build long lasting successful relationships Solution orientated and target driven Computer literate Independent worker that takes personal full responsibility of their work portfolio Ability to manage staff essential Excellent financial acumen DUTIES Set up meetings with clients existing and new business Answering to sales enquiries and gaining new client relationships Upselling and continually building solid relationships with existing clients Sourcing new business and growing client base and network Performing site check and system designs Promote the relevant products, and demonstrate clearly how the products work in conjunction with the clients needs Managing quotations and forwarding proposals to clients timeously Answers enquiries and questions from customers related to ongoing use of products, maintenance requirements, operations, and other related information Follow up with clients ensuring solid after sales service is offered Consult within a portfolio of clients from various sectors involving Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemical or Mining sectors Maintain a good understanding of the market: competitor offerings, general intelligence, identifying new opportunities Meeting and exceeding individual targets and the annual company team target Salary: Dependent on experience, basic salary plus commission.
