Broker Manager (Short-Term Insurance)

TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Broker Manager (Short-Term Insurance) within the Financial Services division in Central Mpumalanga. Responsibilities and Duties: Lead, coach, and support a team of short-term insurance brokers Set performance targets, monitor results, and provide regular feedback Identify growth opportunities and drive new business development Collaborate on sales strategies to acquire and retain clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers Oversee financial performance and commission structures Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies Provide product knowledge, training, and support to brokers Represent TWK Agri at industry events and networking opportunities Qualifications and Skills: Matric / Grade 12 RE5 certificate RE1 certificate FAIS accreditation as per the FSCA requirements At least 5 years experience in the short-term Insurance industry 3 years experience in a managerial role Proven track record in broker management, business development and client relationship management (advantageous) Experience in managing a portfolio of clients and leading a team of brokers (advantageous) Proficient in MS Office suite In-depth knowledge of short-term insurance products, regulations and market trends Attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills Bilingual (Afrikaans and English) Valid Drivers License (Code 08) Willing to travel *The company can expire job adverts at any time at their own discretion.
