Key Responsibilities: Plan and schedule machinery/equipment maintenance Inspect, test, and ensure cost-effective repairs Order spares and manage inventory Respond to product and pricing inquiries Manage workshop profitability and service marketing Uphold SHEQ standards and lead a diverse team Drive digital transformation and process improvement  Minimum Requirements: National Diploma (Sales & Marketing) 4 years of relevant experience Strong knowledge of mechanised agriculture (New Holland preferred) Proven leadership and management skills Sound judgment & problem-solving skills Strong customer focus & communication Ability to optimize operations and lead a team
