Local Contract Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $60-70 per hour

Business Integra Inc is seeking a local contract nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a local contract nursing job in Boston, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 05/12/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Local Contract Job Description: Parking Reimbursement: $250/ Every Month 1. Experience & Skills: Requires 2 years of recent acute care nursing experience, with proficiency in IV insertion, telemetry, and phlebotomy. The ability to quickly adapt to various patient care units is essential. 2. Key Responsibilities: Includes providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, performing IV insertion, telemetry monitoring, and phlebotomy, as well as maintaining accurate patient records using EPIC (preferred). 3. Collaboration & Care Plans: Work closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring safety and infection control protocols are followed. 4. Required Qualifications: Must have at least 2 years of acute care experience, with skills in IV therapy, telemetry, and phlebotomy. Ability to pass a telemetry test with 85% or higher on day one. 5. Preferred Qualifications: 3-5 years of acute care experience, familiarity with EPIC EHR system, and previous preceptor or mentoring experience is a plus. 1.
