Retail Merchandiser

Coccinelle is looking for a Retail Merchandiser to implement the Merchandising team. The Reatil Merchandiser will report directly to the Senior Manager of Merchandising. Main Activities: Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to support the definition of a well-balanced assortment aligned with seasonal guidelines and core product selections. Define the initial store order by executing category buying based on merchandising inputs, seasonal OTB, and historical performance analysis. Provide weekly analyses to monitor best sellers and slow movers and develop actionable recommendations for product assortment optimization and potential reorders. Ensure comprehensive product training is delivered to stores, supervising and ensuring a full understanding of the collection and seasonal strategy. Maintain strong market and customer knowledge through regular store visits and competitor analysis. Provide support for office management activities. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Retail Merchandising/Buying roles is essential. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for decision-making. Hands-on approach and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent in English and Italian. The resource will be part of the Collection & Retail Merchandising team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager.
