Lead Software Engineer - Python Frameworks

Key Responsibilities : - Clear understanding of high level product descriptions or requirement documents and propose one or more software designs at the module level that are highly reusable components - Convert the design elements into a structured code defined by the coding guidelines, writing unit test cases with the shift left development approach. - Document the software designs, code by working closely with the Architecture team. - Responsible for one or more modules for the development and support. - Contribute to the planning and execution strategy with little supervision. - Responsible for the delivery of the associated modules within the deadline with high quality. - Coordinate with the team for the timely delivery of products. - Open to work with different stakeholders like Product, Architecture, SRE and Compliance team - Open mindset to work in a fast paced evolving Product development & Experience : - 5-8 years of experience in software development - Solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming - Good understanding of various design patterns and software engineering principles - Solid hands-on experience in Python. (Java - Good to have) - Solid hands-on experience with Cloud platform technologies (AWS/Azure for example Serverless programming skills) - Experience with UI development frameworks such as React JS - Good working knowledge with SQL & NoSQL databases. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Familiar with software development best practices - Excellent communication skills - Good team player and able to collaborate with the other team members wherever it is required. - Experience in any one of the Gateway(AWS/Azure) functionality (Good to have) (ref:hirist.tech)
