Senior Product Manager, Doctor Solutions team (100% remote-friendly within Spain)

Job Description: Senior Product Manager at Docplanner Join us at Docplanner, a leading healthcare technology company with a decade of experience in empowering patients and doctors worldwide. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Doctor Solutions team, focusing on enhancing functionalities for doctors and collaborating on pricing strategies. Responsibilities: Define vision, strategy, and key results to grow value and revenue from doctors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize problems and opportunities. Work closely with engineering, design, research, and analytics teams to develop solutions. Use data and evidence to influence business decisions and align company goals. Experiment and analyze doctor behaviors to optimize features. Manage a backlog of initiatives, executing through experimentation and data validation. Requirements: 5 years in product management, with a proven track record in B2B2C or B2B at scale. Technical background or relevant knowledge to engage in technical discussions. Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data into actionable insights. High energy, ownership, and excellent communication skills. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Preferred: Experience in the healthcare industry.
