Your Mission Should You Choose To Accept It : As the Rooftop General Manager, you will oversee the rooftop operations in Barcelona, focusing on leading our F&B services. Your main responsibilities include managing the Rooftop Restaurant, pool bar, and terrace, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction while driving the financial success of these venues. Together with the Director of F&B, you will ensure smooth TSH operations in our rooftop area. Your goal is to provide the highest level of service, delivering the unique guest experience that sets TSH apart. Operating across The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, and Spain, with new openings planned, our hybrid hospitality concept aims to expand globally. What You'll Do : Lead by example—be visible, approachable, and foster a culture of trust, professionalism, empowerment, results, and fun. Oversee daily operations of the rooftop bar and terrace, ensuring efficient service and a delightful guest experience. Perform regular inspections of F&B preparation and presentation, maintaining inventory to boost sales. Engage proactively with guests to personalize their experience, gather feedback, and utilize data analytics for improvements. Uphold brand standards in service, attitude, F&B presentation, and food handling. Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability, inspiring the team to achieve financial goals. Oversee the creation, maintenance, and updates of the beverage menu, ensuring high-quality offerings. Coordinate special events and dining experiences with the marketing team. Who You Are : Over 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment, preferably rooftop, with proven leadership skills. Experience managing budgets and forecasting outlets. A true problem-solver, comfortable making decisions on the spot. Courteous, professional, and approachable with a positive attitude. Capable of handling stressful situations calmly and confidently. A team player who inspires and guides team members to excellence. Exceptional English and Spanish communication skills; knowledge of other languages is a plus. Hardworking, responsible, flexible, and proactive. Ability to build, lead, and motivate a happy, motivated team. Legally authorized to work in Spain.
