Role: Chief Financial Officer As CFO, you will play a key role in our financial management, focusing on Spanish accounting flows, while collaborating with our teams in Romania and the USA. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position is vital for strategic financial planning and operations. Your expertise will shape our financial strategies and support our growth and expansion efforts. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage financial operations, especially workflows related to Spain. Coordinate with legal teams across jurisdictions to prepare essential documents, including transfer pricing agreements. Work closely with other C-level executives to develop and implement financial strategies. Create financial models and forecasts to guide decision-making and support business strategies. Ensure compliance with Spanish financial regulations and standards, maintaining accurate reporting systems. Analyze and forecast financial trends to manage risks. Oversee the company's annual financial audit. Lay the groundwork for a potential sale in early 2025. Qualifications: Over 10 years of experience in financial management, with strong expertise in Spanish corporate finance. Proven experience managing financial operations across multiple countries and jurisdictions. Deep understanding of the gaming industry's financial metrics and market dynamics. Exceptional leadership skills in senior financial roles. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build relationships with stakeholders, including legal and external partners. Fluent in English and Spanish. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. Competitive salary package.
