We are looking for a Solutions Architect for an international project based in Madrid (hybrid model). Responsibilities: A solution architect plays a pivotal role in business transformation initiatives by bridging the gap between business objectives and technology solutions. Understanding Business Needs and Objectives: They work closely with stakeholders to understand the business requirements and objectives. This involves gathering and analyzing information to ensure that the solutions align with the organization's goals. Analyzing Existing Systems and Recommending Improvements: They evaluate current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement, recommending enhancements or new solutions to support business transformation. Creating Technical Documentation and Architectural Diagrams: They develop detailed technical documentation and architectural diagrams to provide a clear blueprint for implementation. Evaluating and Selecting Suitable Tools and Frameworks: They assess various applications, tools, and frameworks, considering factors like scalability, compatibility, and cost-effectiveness. Coordinating with Stakeholders: They act as a liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout the process. Overseeing Implementation and Integration: They oversee the execution of solutions, ensuring they meet planned objectives and are properly integrated. Requirements: Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of relevant technologies, platforms, and tools, including ERP & CRM applications, cloud services, software development, and system integration. Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze complex problems and design effective solutions with a critical and methodical approach. Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders. In-depth Knowledge of Architectural Principles and Services: Solid understanding of architectural frameworks and best practices. Experience with DevOps Practices: Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices for continuous integration and delivery. Business Acumen: Understanding of business strategy, market analysis, and how technology can drive organizational value. Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory).
