Your Mission Should You Choose To Accept It : As the Rooftop General Manager, you will oversee the rooftop operations in Barcelona, focusing on leading our F&B services. Your main responsibilities include managing the Rooftop Restaurant, pool bar, and terrace, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction while driving financial success. In collaboration with the Director of F&B, you will ensure smooth TSH operations in our rooftop area, maintaining the highest level of service to deliver a unique guest experience. What You'll Do : Lead by example, being visible and approachable, fostering trust, professionalism, empowerment, and a fun atmosphere. Oversee daily operations of the rooftop bar and terrace, ensuring efficient service and a pleasant guest experience. Perform regular inspections of F&B preparation and presentation, maintaining inventory to boost sales. Engage proactively with guests to personalize their experience, gathering feedback and using data to improve. Uphold brand standards in service, attitude, product presentation, and food handling. Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability, inspiring the team to achieve targets. Manage the creation and updating of the beverage menu, ensuring high-quality offerings. Coordinate special events and dining experiences with the marketing team. Who You Are : Over 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment, preferably rooftop, with proven team leadership skills. Experience managing budgets and forecasting for outlets. A problem-solver who makes decisions confidently. Courteous, professional, and approachable with a positive attitude. Capable of handling stressful situations calmly and effectively. A team player who inspires and guides others to excellence. Exceptional English and Spanish communication skills; additional languages are a plus. Hardworking, responsible, flexible, and motivated. Ability to build, lead, and motivate happy, engaged teams.
