Customer Service Representative: Korean-English Bilingual

Responsibilities Taking orders over the phone Processing orders and managing returns/exchanges. Responding to customer inquiries (phone, email, chat). Maintaining customer records and updating databases. Checking inventory Support shipping/packaging as needed (most of our shipping packages are less than 3 pounds) Qualifications Possess good verbal communication skills Both English and Korean is required Prior experience in working in a dental office, or as a dental supplies sales consultant or equivalent is preferred, but not required Must be comfortable working in a small, family-style team setting
