Accounts Payable Representative

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Representative Location: Nashville, TN Department: Cash Posting Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts starting around 7–8 AM Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative to join our team. This role involves processing and recording customer payments, resolving invoice discrepancies, and supporting the accounting team with various tasks. Key Responsibilities: Post and reconcile customer payments and checks Communicate with customers regarding overdue accounts Perform data entry using Excel and 10-Key efficiently Support accounting team with projects and backup duties Answer calls professionally and assist with inquiries Requirements: Minimum 1 year of cash posting or AR experience Proficiency in Excel and 10-Key Knowledge of revenue cycle processes Strong problem-solving and communication skills High school diploma required, degree in accounting a plus. Interview Availability: Between 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM with Hiring Manager
