Your Role: ✔ Greet patients with warmth and a welcoming smile ✔ Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling & cancellations ✔ Verify & update patient information in Open Dental ✔ Communicate procedures, policies & answer patient inquiries ✔ Follow up on appointment reminders & treatment plans ✔ Collaborate with the dental team for smooth workflow ✔ Build connections & friendships with our patients Your Skills: Proficiency in Open Dental software (a must!) Bilingual (English & Spanish) Strong data entry & documentation skills ✍ Ability to multitask & stay organized A patient-first mindset & problem-solving attitude Location: Hialeah, FL (within Miami-Dade County) ⏰ Full-time | 40 hours per week | No weekends!
