Clinical Pharmacist

Position Overview : We are seeking highly qualified Pharmacists for an inpatient setting in Paramus, NJ. The ideal candidates will possess strong experience in USP797/800 IV room procedures and medication reconciliation, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical care to patients. Candidates must be fully licensed in NJ and hold the required certifications. Key Responsibilities : Prepare and dispense medications following established guidelines and regulations Conduct medication reconciliations with accuracy and efficiency Provide clinical support for medication therapy management Ensure compliance with USP797/800 standards in the IV room Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to optimize patient care Float across units as necessary to meet patient care needs Requirements : Active NJ State License (must be in hand at the time of submission) BLS, Chemotherapy, IV Certification, and Registered Pharmacist (RPh) required Proven inpatient pharmacy experience USP797/800 IV room experience is required for two of the candidates Two candidates must have experience in conducting medication reconciliation COVID-19 Vaccination (including booster, with no exemptions) Ability to float to other units, including off-site locations if necessary Additional Information : Modules : Non-billable time spent on initial orientation and annual modules. Some modules will be specialty-specific. Start Lab Work : Lab work must begin within 2 business days of assignment acceptance, or cancellation may occur. Supervisory Reference : One reference from a current or former supervisor/manager (within the past year) is required at the time of submission. Travel Compliance : Candidates with previous employment in NJ within the past 7 years must confirm employer details (name, address, phone number) to ensure profile accuracy. Floating : Travelers are expected to float as needed to meet the patient care needs of various units.
