Job Title: Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Location: Passaic, NJ Job Type: Full-Time Setting: Outpatient Clinic (Physician-Owned/Operated) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Patient Load: 20 patients per day Compensation: Up to $170,000 per year (depending on experience) with full benefits Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated APRN or PA to join a physician-led outpatient clinic serving patients across Bergen, Passaic, and Hudson Counties, NJ. The ideal candidate will have experience in orthopedics or pain management , and proficiency in joint injections is highly preferred. This is a full-time role, though the current schedule involves working 1 to 2 days per week at multiple clinic locations, with future growth potential. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients in an outpatient setting with a focus on musculoskeletal and pain-related conditions Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans Perform or assist with joint injections and other related procedures as appropriate Collaborate closely with the supervising physician to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements Qualifications: Valid APRN or PA license in the state of New Jersey Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience in orthopedics or pain management Experience with joint injections is a strong plus
