Senior Site Engineer

RTL Group is seeking a permanent Senior Site Engineer to oversee a civil engineering project on behalf of our Tier 1 main contractor client. You will be responsible for managing the civils package of works, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.​ Key Responsibilities: * Manage on-site engineering activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and industry standards. * Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and consultants to facilitate smooth project execution. * Oversee site surveys, setting out, and quality control processes. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Monitor construction progress and implement corrective measures as needed. * Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site staff. * Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications. * Maintain accurate site records and prepare regular progress reports. * Liaise with stakeholders, addressing any technical issues or concerns. * Assist in the planning and efficient organization of site resources.​ Requirements: * Proven experience as a Senior Site Engineer on civil engineering projects. * Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and engineering principles. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Effective communication and leadership skill Application: To apply, please submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience
