Credit Controller | £28,000 - £30,000 | Ware I'm currently working with a highly regarded energy business based in Ware who are looking for an experienced Credit Controller.The role offers the chance to be part of a business that’s genuinely making a difference – supporting customers in managing their energy accounts while promoting sustainability. What You’ll Be Doing: Managing a portfolio of customer accounts, predominantly domestic Chasing outstanding debt through calls and other communication methods Arranging payment plans and setting up Direct Debits Supporting customers in understanding and managing their energy usage and billing Liaising with internal teams to resolve account and billing issues What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in Credit Control is essential Experience within the utilities or energy industry is highly desirable Strong numeracy and communication skills Excellent Excel proficiency Adaptable, tenacious, and confident working independently or as part of a small team Customer service experience is a plus The Details: Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm (1-hour lunch) Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 p.a.
