Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities Process and manage warranty claims according to manufacturer guidelines. Invoice and cost job cards daily to ensure accurate record-keeping. Maintain warranty parts and ensure proper documentation. Submit goodwill claims for customer repairs outside standard warranty parameters. Prepare and manage weekend and month-end reports. Track and update daily "work in progress" summaries for the service team. Communicate effectively with head office, internal departments, and external stakeholders. Occasionally provide relief for the service advisor when needed. Comply with all company service department procedures and quality standards. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Desired Experience & Qualification Education: Matric (high school diploma) or higher qualification. Experience: 2 years of experience in a warranty clerk position in the Automotive Industry Skills & Attributes: Strong organisational and record-keeping skills Attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude Ability to read and write fluently in English Confident and capable of anticipating issues and needs
