Research Associate - Leadership Hiring

ANSR is hiring. Job Summary: As a Research Analyst in our Executive Search team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, analysing, and mapping senior leadership talent across industries. You will work closely with Consultants and Partners to develop market intelligence, build candidate pipelines, and provide strategic insights that support executive hiring decisions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth market research to identify top leadership talent within targeted industries. Develop and maintain talent maps, organization charts, and competitor intelligence reports. Utilize various research tools, databases, and online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, industry reports) to source potential candidates. Analyze industry trends, leadership movements, and talent availability in specific sectors. Support Consultants and Partners in building search strategies and candidate target lists. Prepare detailed research briefs, candidate profiles, and reports for client presentations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and market insights within the firms database. Collaborate with the search team to ensure seamless execution of executive search assignments. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. 6 years of experience in research, executive search, talent mapping, or market intelligence (preferred). Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data. Proficiency in using research tools, databases, and online search techniques. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. Knowledge of key industries and leadership hiring trends is a plus. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
