Digital Commerce Platform Architect

Responsibilities : - Lead the architectural design and implementation of our digital shelf platform and e-commerce analytics solutions. - Provide deep technical expertise and guidance on digital shelf platforms, retailer APIs, and clean room environments. - Define and enforce digital shelf management best practices across the organization. - Develop a comprehensive understanding of the e-commerce landscape and various online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon Vendor Central, Shopify). - Architect integrations between PIM, DAM, and CMS systems (e.g., Aprimo, Stibo, Sitecore) and e-commerce platforms. - Design and manage content syndication strategies and integrations with platforms like Salsify and/or Syndigo. - Develop and implement A/B testing frameworks and infrastructure to optimize product page performance and conversion rates. - Define and enforce web technologies, frameworks, and best practices, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular, and REST APIs. - Utilize strong programming skills in relevant languages (e.g., Python, Java, .NET) to build and integrate data pipelines and analytics solutions. - Architect and implement robust data management and integration technologies to ensure data quality and accessibility. - Apply expertise in MACH architectural approaches to build flexible and scalable solutions. - Design and implement Web Services (SOAP/REST) architecture and GraphQL APIs for seamless data exchange. - Architect and deploy solutions within Cloud ecosystems, including Azure and/or AWS. - Implement and manage SEO and tagging strategies to enhance product discoverability and drive accurate analytics. - Provide deep expertise in working on agile teams, adopting DevOps and CI/CD practices, and utilizing scrum methodologies. - Lead the development and implementation of web development fundamentals and best practices to enhance product page performance. - Demonstrate strong communication and leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams. - Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams. - Apply deep knowledge of data privacy laws like CPRA/CCPA, GDPR, and their architectural implications in solution design. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting Skills and Experience : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 10 years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on digital platforms. - 3-5 years hands-on expertise with digital shelf platforms, retailer APIs, and clean rooms. - Strong understanding of digital shelf management best practices. - Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and various online marketplaces. - 3-5 years expertise with PIM, DAM, and CMS systems like Aprimo, Stibo, Sitecore. - Deep expertise and experience managing content in syndication platforms - Salsify and/or Syndigo. - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Vendor Central, Shopify, among others. - Strong web technologies, frameworks, and best practices including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular, and REST APIs. - Strong programming skills in relevant languages (e.g., Python, Java, .NET). - Expertise in data management and integration technologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. - Expertise in MACH architectural approaches. - Extensive experience with Web Services (SOAP/REST) architecture and GraphQL (plus). - Experience with deploying and utilizing Cloud ecosystems including Azure, or AWS. - Experience with SEO and tagging (analytics). - In-depth experience working on an agile team adopting DevOps and CI/CD as well as scrum methodologies. - Knowledge of web development fundamentals and best practices for enhancing product page performance. - Strong communication and leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams. - Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams. - Deep knowledge of data privacy laws like CPRA/CCPA, GDPR, and their architectural Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting : Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India (Onsite/Hybrid - As per company policy) (ref:hirist.tech)
