Preferred Skills : - Microservices Architecture : Experience with microservices and serverless architecture. - CI/CD Pipelines : Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI. - Security Best Practices : Understanding of web application security principles and data protection measures. - Agile Experience : Experience working within Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban. - Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and team collaboration skills. Job Summary : As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications. You will work across the entire stack, from front-end interfaces to back-end systems, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle. This role requires a hands-on developer with strong technical expertise, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities : - Application Development : Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end solutions across the full stack, including front-end, back-end, and database components. - Architecture & Design : Lead architectural discussions and decisions to drive system scalability, performance, and maintainability. - Code Quality : Write clean, reusable, and efficient code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards. - Performance Optimization : Identify and address performance bottlenecks and work on continuous improvement of the application. - Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software. - Mentorship : Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative team environment. - Agile Methodologies : Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Documentation : Document system design, architecture, and code effectively to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing within the team. Technical Skills Required : - Front-End Development : Expertise in JavaScript frameworks (ASP.net, React, Angular, or Vue.js), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design. - Back-End Development : Proficiency in server-side languages and frameworks (Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET, MVC). - API Development : Strong experience with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs. - Database Management : Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis. - Cloud & DevOps : Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). - Version Control : Proficient with Git and version control workflows (e.g., GitFlow). - Testing : Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, and test automation frameworks.
