CirrusLabs - Peoplesoft Developer - HCM Module

Position : PeopleSoft HCM Developer Location : Hyderabad/Bangaluru About the Role : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PeopleSoft HCM Developer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on the development and support of PeopleSoft HCM modules, specifically Core HR and NA Payroll (Canadian & US Market). The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of PeopleCode and have a proven track record in both product development and support : Development : - Design, develop, and implement PeopleSoft customizations and enhancements to meet business requirements, primarily within the HCM modules. - Write and maintain PeopleCode, Application Engine programs, Component Interfaces, and other PeopleSoft development objects. - Develop and maintain integrations between PeopleSoft HCM and other systems. - Perform unit testing and participate in system integration testing. - Contribute to technical design documentation and development standards. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. Support : - Provide technical support for PeopleSoft HCM applications, including troubleshooting and resolving production issues. - Analyze and resolve functional and technical issues related to Core HR and NA Payroll. - Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions. - Collaborate with functional teams to understand and resolve user issues. - Manage and prioritize support tickets and ensure timely resolution. - Perform system maintenance and upgrades as required. Functional Expertise : - Demonstrate a strong understanding of Core HR and NA Payroll (Canadian & US Market) business processes. - Collaborate with functional analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Provide functional guidance and support to end-users. Must-Have Skills : - 5-7 years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCM development. - Strong proficiency in PeopleCode and PeopleSoft v9.x. - Solid understanding of Core HR and NA Payroll (Canadian & US Market) functional modules. - Proven experience in both product development and support roles. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work within the specified shift timings. Good-to-Have Skills : - Experience with SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.). - Experience with PeopleSoft Security. - Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid. - Knowledge of PeopleTools upgrades. - Experience with integration tools.
