CirrusLabs - Peoplesoft Developer - HCM Applications

Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM applications using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, and Integration Broker. - Work on enhancements, customizations, interfaces, and workflows within Core HR and NA Payroll (US & Canada) modules. - Provide technical support and troubleshoot application issues. - Collaborate with functional analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Perform unit testing, support system integration testing, and user acceptance testing. - Maintain documentation and follow change control processes. - Participate in production support activities and performance Skills : - Strong hands-on experience with PeopleCode and PeopleTools. - Functional understanding of PeopleSoft HCM modules, especially Core HR and North America Payroll. - Experience in product development and support for PeopleSoft to Have : - Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases. - Knowledge of PeopleSoft Fluid UI and PeopleSoft Security Fluid. - Exposure to PeopleSoft upgrade or implementation projects is a plus.
