Job Description

We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's global financial strategy. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and revenue optimization in a highly dynamic environment. Additionally, they will oversee the Legal & Compliance team to ensure strategic and regulatory alignment in all operations. Key Responsibilities P&L Ownership & Reporting Own and optimize P&L across different subsidiaries and the holding company. Define and execute the financial strategy aligned with business growth and scalability of all business units. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Oversee accounting, reporting, and treasury operations across multiple companies and business units. Develop tax optimization strategies and cash flow management in international environments. Analyze product profitability, ROI, and revenue-sharing models with providers and clients. Implement financial KPIs tailored for high-growth industries. Develop and implement a new cost-based analysis to evaluate the profitability of operations. Collaborate with department heads and senior management to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes. Develop and maintain robust internal controls to oversee payments, fraud prevention, and KYC / AML processes to ensure efficiency and compliance. Assess the feasibility of new business units and adapt financial strategy aligned with business growth. Regulation, Compliance & Legal Supervision Supervise internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and adherence to online gaming regulations. Manage relationships with regulatory entities, auditors, and financial control bodies. Oversee and coordinate the Legal & Compliance team, ensuring alignment with local regulations. Requirements Experience & Knowledge 10 years of experience in Finance within the tech startup ecosystem or fintech industry. Advanced knowledge of revenue-sharing models, PSPs, cryptocurrencies, and international tax structures. Experience managing Legal & Compliance within regulated industries. Strong background in financial evaluation of new business opportunities and profitability optimization. Familiarity with gaming regulations in key markets: DGOJ (Spain), MGA (Malta), UKGC, Curaçao, will be a plus. Skills Strategic leadership and strong negotiation skills with key stakeholders. High level of data-driven decision-making and advanced financial analysis. Ability to manage multicultural and multidisciplinary teams. Fluency in Spanish and English.
