Key Responsibilities Technical Lead: Microservices platform and tools that supports a global stack of applications, related with JAVA, TDD, Spring Boot, NoSQL and many other technologies. Team assigned: starting with 5 engineers. Hand-on profile. This project will sustain lots of other projects made in different parts of the world. Tasks: Team and technical management, architecture, code reviews, research new technologies, write unit tests, legacy migrations, provide team a vision of the project objectives, problem solving, meetings… Create an environment oriented to creative thinking, and cohesive team effort, encourage creativity, coordinate with external and internal customers, work with other managers and sponsors, and many others. Technology stack: Java (JEE, Spring stack), JS (Backbone, React/Redux, Polymer, Angular, SASS, LESS…), Microservices, TDD, SOLID, Grunt/Gulp, Atlassian stack, SAFe-Scrum, REST/SOAP web services… More than 10 years of solid experience in international environments.
