Chief Technology Officer (Relocation)

Responsibilities : Maintain technology strategy and communicate it effectively to partners and investors. Ensure technologies are used efficiently, profitably, and securely. Research, analyze, design, propose, and support the delivery of solutions aligned with business and technology strategies. Set goals that meet organizational needs, uphold high standards, and leverage team strengths. Build and lead a technology leadership team capable of managing their own teams and developing a strong, responsive culture. Resolve conflicts related to timelines, budgets, and scope independently, escalating complex issues as needed. Incorporate testing and reliability considerations into software delivery. Build strong relationships and trust with peers across various teams such as Product, Sales, and Client Support. Qualifications and Skills : 10 years of successful leadership in the tech industry. Over 8 years of app development and technology delivery experience. More than 3 years of management and / or leadership experience. Excellent leadership, team building, and mentorship skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate others through a clear technology vision. Understanding of budgets and business planning. Professionalism and strategic thinking with a creative and visionary approach. Requirements : Experience with multiple programming paradigms. Deep understanding of SOLID principles, DDD, and architectural design patterns. Ability to design maintainable and scalable technical systems. Knowledge of Data Engineering technologies. Experience with release systems and CI / CD pipelines. Understanding of MarTech and AdTech industries. Willingness to work in a startup environment.
