Key Responsibilities Lead high-performing, globally distributed teams by cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and creativity. Develop and implement scalable software architectures that support long-term product expansion and agility. Partner closely with stakeholders in product strategy, business operations, and client services to translate vision into executable roadmaps. Champion seamless and modern integration capabilities to elevate system performance and user satisfaction. Promote smart automation and unified solutions across payroll and HR tech domains to optimize efficiency and client impact. Establish and nurture cross-functional partnerships, influencing technical and strategic decisions across the organization. Provide mentoring and coaching to team members, monitor organizational health, and negotiate evolving priorities in a dynamic environment. Navigate multiple time zones with ease, demonstrating adaptability in a highly decentralized work structure. Your Background Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or Engineering is required; an advanced degree is advantageous. At least 15 years of hands-on experience in delivering complex software applications, including roles in architecture, development, and leadership. Proven success in managing diverse technical teams across geographies and time zones. Demonstrated expertise in developing large-scale, cloud-native SaaS applications. In-depth knowledge of REST APIs, CI / CD pipelines, and container-based software delivery. Strong grasp of modern development practices including test automation, DevOps, and full stack engineering. Track record of leveraging agile methodologies at enterprise scale. Skilled in resolving complex system integrations and technical challenges. Comfortable being hands-on when necessary, diving into technical details and problem-solving. Deep interest in artificial intelligence and its potential to drive innovation.
