Solution Architect - Workplace - (H/M/X) Remote

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Solution Architect Workplace. Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for the technical architecture of the solution, costs, and pricing. Design the solution in a formal offer document based on client requirements. Lead the presale/bid process for new business opportunities, providing the complete solution and coordinating the team of solution architects throughout the process. Ensure that the architecture features and services meet non-functional requirements such as security, performance, and reliability. Responsible for producing high-level designs and supervising low-level design and other technical documents related to the project. Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand how they can deliver the benefits of workplace solutions while reducing risks through automation and request remediation. Leverage hands-on customer experience and proof-of-concept to educate and engage a broader community of customers, partners, and coworkers. Evaluate existing workplace strategies, conduct TCO analysis, and consider security as part of a workplace solution adoption framework. Essential requirements: Fluency in Spanish and English. High communication skills and ability to present solutions to customers. Skills in ITIL, PMP methodologies, and experience in designing Agile/Scrum services. Experience in implementing methodologies and processes in services. Experience in the transformation and evolution of IT workplace services. Architecture design for workplace solutions and migration from on-premise environments to cloud solutions, mainly in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Experience in technology consulting projects: infrastructure transformation, digital transformation, and workplace solution adoption. Definition of strategies and roadmaps for workplace solutions. Conducting readiness assessments for workplace solutions from technical and business perspectives. Experience in managing costs and preparing pricing models for offers. Enjoys leading multidisciplinary teams and can clearly communicate complex technology solutions at all organizational levels. Skills in designing global workplace architectures. Desirable requirements: Microsoft 365: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification. ITIL 4 Foundations certification. AWS Solutions Architect Certification in Workplace.
